43. i am apparently as empathetic as a man…… which is strange, considering i am more empathetic than a lot of the people i know…….my mood almost ALWAYS depends on the moods of the people around me, and i actively work to cheer people up if i sense that they aren’t happy….

(also i retook this several times, and STILL got 43…..)

53! Apparently I am above average, woo. Can’t say I’m really surprised by this.

I’m apparently also a 53. That…what? I must have messed up somewhere or been too generous or something I have always identified myself with completely sucking at empathy, though I suppose this test also seems to take in a lot of things that I wouldn’t necessarily associate with empathy. 

Well. Then again, it’s a test on the internet, what does it know?

… I’m not entirely sure how this works, the scoring. I wish I’d scored higher, honestly, even though that would mean above average.

but, it said that most people with asperger’s or high functioning autism scored about a 20. i don’t have either of those, despite getting an even lower score.

although i was answering the questions while thinking about what i’m like with people in general, like strangers or ones i know but am not particularly close to. i bet i’d get a higher score if i re-took it thinking about how i am with friends and family, and an even higher score thinking about how i am with moo.
